The Challenge

The clinic needed to scale its primary care services to handle a high volume of remote patients and optimize insurance management—processes that were creating significant bottlenecks in physical care operations.

The Solution

I developed a comprehensive E-Health platform that integrates:

• Real-Time Video Consultations: Implementation of WebRTC protocols to ensure stable, low-latency, and secure doctor-patient communication.
• Insurance Automation: An intelligent module connected to insurance provider APIs for instant profile validation and automated authorization key generation.

The system currently manages an average of 100+ daily patients, unifying the workflow between virtual consultations and physical clinic management.
