The Challenge

Grupo Triana needed to unify their logistical and commercial operations into a single source of truth. They required replacing manual processes with a robust system that controlled everything from autoparts inventory to final customer delivery (Last Mile).

The Solution

I developed a comprehensive suite of interconnected products:

• Enterprise ERP: A centralized system for managing inventory, vendors, billing, and complex shipping logistics.
• Multiplatform Apps (Flutter): Native iOS and Android applications for B2B (Workshops) and B2C (End Customers), enabling real-time purchases fully synchronized with the ERP's live inventory.
